The purpose of the proposed action is to appoint and renew the existing appointment of members to the Fair Housing Advisory Committee (FHAC).
Financial impacts
This action has no financial or budgetary impact.
Community impacts
All FHAC nominations should be made to assure inclusion of a broad spectrum of protected classes, housing consumers and housing industry perspectives. Membership appointments to FHAC shall take into account the socio-economic, gender, racial, ethnic, cultural, and geographic diversity of the City of Portland as well as selection from our jurisdictional partners.
