RACC's Board process is conducted internally, lead by RACC Board members. Board members and Co-Executive Directors with the its elected liaison, Commissioner Carmen Rubio to identify and vet candidates. For new appointments, there is a rigorous vetting process including interviews, reviewing resumes and references, election at full board meeting, and City Council.

To: Mayor Ted Wheeler, Nathan Rix, and Della Rae From: Carol Tatch, Co-Executive Director and Chief of External Operations RE: City of Portland IGA-Jurisdiction Appointment of RACC Board Members The following 6 RACC board members are hereby submitted for approval to become City of Portland jurisdictional appointees from the period of July 1, 2022 through the end of commiserate terms on the RACC Board of Directors (6 years). At this time, no current City of Portland representatives are being replaced. Dwight Adkins Thomas Lauderdale Leesha Posey Renee Rank Elizabeth Stock Matt Watson The appointment of the following Regional Art & Culture Board of Directors members to serve as jurisdictional representatives for the City of Portland, as outlined in a mutually-held intergovernmental agreement.
