To: Portland City Council From: Molly Rogers, Interim Director Date: May 9, 2023 RE: Accept the annual report for calendar year 2022 of the North and Northeast Neighborhood Housing Strategy Oversight Committee We are pleased to submit this eighth annual report on behalf of the North/Northeast Neighborhood Housing Strategy Oversight Committee. The Committee’s advice and monitoring of our policies, programs and outcomes is of central importlance to the commitment to this strategy. This report highlights both our successes and challenges in implementing the strategy. This year we celebrate eight years of the strategy, with successes specifically in homeownership and the 5020 N Interstate project breaking ground.
