WHEREAS, the city council adopted Resolution No. 22081, December 11, 1941, establishing the Housing Authority of Portland according to Oregon Revised Statutes 456.095 through 456.720; and WHEREAS, Commission members must be appointed by Resolution directed by ORS 456.095(2) and ORS 456.100 (4); and WHEREAS, Mayor Wheeler has recommended Breann Preston for appointment to the Home Forward Board of Commissioners. Breann Preston 's biography and statement of interest are attached as Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council for the City of Portland, Oregon appoints Breann Preston to the Home Forward Board of Commissioners for a term to expire September 11, 2028 .
