Full text (the legislation as adopted)

WHEREAS, the city council adopted Resolution No. 22081, December 11, 1941, establishing the Housing Authority of Portland according to Oregon Revised Statutes 456.095 through 456.720; and WHEREAS, Commission members must be appointed by Resolution directed by ORS 456.095(2) and ORS 456.100 (4); and WHEREAS, Mayor Wheeler has recommended Shannon Olive for appointment to the Home Forward Board of Commissioners. Shannon Olive's biography and statement of interest are attached as Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council for the City of Portland, Oregon appoints Shannon Olive to the Home Forward Board of Commissioners for a term to expire August 7, 2028.
