WHEREAS, the city council adopted Resolution No. 22081, December 11, 1941, establishing the Housing Authority of Portland according to Oregon Revised Statutes 456.095 through 456.720; and WHEREAS, Commission members must be appointed by Resolution directed by ORS 456,095(2) and ORS 456.100 (4); and WHEREAS, Jessy Ledesma is interested and willing to serve as a member of the Home Forward Board of Commissioners for a term of five years; and WHEREAS, Commissioner Carmen Rubio has recommended Jessy Ledesma for appointment to the Home Forward Board of Commissioners; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council for the City of Portland, Oregon appoints Jessy Ledesma to the Home Forward Board of Commissioners for a term to expire January 9, 2028.
