Report data is generated from certified abstracts of votes from Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties reflecting nominated and elected candidates and any measures approved at the City election. City Code 2.04.160 requires the City Auditor to submit election results to City Council. Note: Related to this item, there is also one separate Council President proclamation on the consent agenda for today proclaiming the passage of Measure 26-260, as required by City Code Section 2.04.160 A.

TO THE COUNCIL: Tim Scott, Director of Elections for Multnomah County, has filed with the Office of the City Auditor the consolidated abstract of votes cast for Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas Counties at the Municipal Nonpartisan Special Election held in the City of Portland on November 4, 2025, for one measure. The abstract of votes is included in this report as Exhibit A. This report is intended to inform Council and the public of the November 4, 2025 Municipal Special Election results and to answer any questions Council may have. There is no Council action for this item. The City of Portland results are as follows: Approved Measure One measure, qualifying for the ballot by City Council referral, was approved as follows: Measure 26-260 Ballot Title Caption: Maintain safe parks, nature, affordable recreation through 5-year levy.
