*Update salary grade for Community Health Nurse classification

The City of Portland ordains: Section 1. The Council finds: In accordance with the policies established by the City Council and based on a review of associated pay structures, the Bureau of Human Resources is changing the salary grade of the Community Health Nurse, effective upon passage by Council. NOW, THEREFORE, the Council directs: The following compensation rates are changed, effective upon passage by Council: Job # Job Class Grade 30003625 Community Health Nurse From Grade 57 to Grade 58 (From $66,872/Entry - $111,238/Max To $73,694/Entry - $133,349/Max) Section 2. The Council declares that an emergency exists in order that this classification and compensation action may occur without delay; therefore, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Council.
