*Create two new non-represented classifications of Community Health Nurse Manager and Community Health Nurse and establish a compensation range for these classifications

The City of Portland ordains: Section 1. The Council finds: In accordance with the policies established by the City Council and based on a classification and compensation review, the Bureau of Human Resources is creating two (2) new non-represented classifications and establishing a compensation rate, effective October 13, 2021. NOW, THEREFORE, the Council directs: The following classifications are being created: Job Class Pay Grade Effective Date Community Health Nurse Manager 59 October 13, 2021 Community Health Nurse 57 October 13, 2021 Section 2. The Council declares that an emergency exists in order that this classification and compensation action may occur without delay; therefore, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Council.
